This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by handling calls and addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, SMS, or chat.
• Employ soft sales strategies to suggest product or service options in a supportive, non-intrusive way.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service call center role.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in soft sales).
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, in both spoken and written forms.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the capability to engage in soft sales.
