This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Delivers outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through effective education, information sharing, and follow-up.
β’ Acts as the main point of contact for customers.
β’ Cultivates strong relationships with customers via phone interactions, written communication, electronic messaging, and in-person visits.
β’ Investigates all concerns and issues to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
β’ Finds solutions for all customer inquiries and concerns.
β’ Collaborates and communicates with relevant internal departments to address customer issues.
β’ Accurately documents and codes all inquiries and concerns.
β’ High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - (Required)
β’ At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (Preferred)
β’ Skills: Familiarity with Call Center Technologies, Strong Communication, Computer Literacy, Organizational Skills, Team Collaboration
