This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will represent one of our clients in the energy supply industry.
β’ You manage customer inquiries until they are fully resolved via phone, letter, or email.
β’ You document customer information and make corrections as necessary.
β’ You handle registrations, deregistrations, and supplier changes.
β’ You provide answers to queries related to meter commissioning, meter replacement, and meter removal.
β’ You receive fault notifications and direct them to the appropriate departments.
β’ You possess a sales-oriented mindset and prioritize quality.
β’ You will operate in an SAP-based environment, utilizing Windows 10 and MS Office applications.
β’ You assist customers in identifying the most suitable tariff for their needs (sales after service).
β’ Some prior experience in telephone-based customer support or a strong desire to transition into this field.
β’ A completed vocational qualification in a commercial or administrative area is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
β’ Basic computer skills are essential.
β’ Strong communication abilities to effectively engage and satisfy customers.
β’ Willingness to promote additional services and product improvements.
β’ No shifts on Sundays and on nationwide public holidays.
