Customer Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively seek and secure new opportunities within your portfolio of clients.

• Manage the complete customer relationship from beginning to end, collaborating with internal Customer Success and Support teams.

• Work with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.

• Ensure a positive overall customer experience while recognizing and finalizing expansion opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a role that involves direct customer interaction.

• Capability to drive account retention and identify growth opportunities with minimal supervision.

• Strong skills in teamwork and cross-department collaboration; ability to present complex solutions tailored to specific business needs.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.

• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.
