This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of customer accounts within your designated territory.
• Create and implement customized account strategies to meet revenue growth objectives.
• Recognize and chase upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost customer interaction.
• Work alongside the Territory Manager and Leadership on account strategies and planning.
• Serve as the internal advocate for customers, ensuring alignment across departments to provide outstanding service.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales or retention goals.
• Background in SaaS, IT services, or software solutions is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
