Custom Recruitment Specialist, English & German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Developing and implementing a tailored Recruitment strategy for assigned M3 Experts projects.

• Overseeing recruitment activities that involve both experts and respondents to enhance the total number of consultations and/or market research completions.

• Leveraging language skills to broaden the expert supply, focusing primarily on Germany.

• Partnering with Project Stakeholders to maximize results through available resources.

• Crafting a personalized recruitment strategy for designated projects, taking into account client requirements.

• Engaging in custom recruiting to grow M3’s global Expert Network.

• Facilitating communication and collaboration across various teams and divisions, including Qual, Quant, and Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Proficiency in both English and German (professional working level).

• At least 2 years of experience in expert networks, market research, or recruitment.

• Previous experience in managing client or expert relationships is advantageous.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a solid understanding of English grammar rules.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and a quick adaptability to new technologies/software.

• Basic math skills are necessary, including the capability to compute incidence rates, response rates, profits, etc.

• A genuine interest or prior exposure to the healthcare sector is a plus.

• Strong critical thinking skills and the initiative to enhance abilities while proactively communicating with PMs to leverage all available resources for project success.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve specific study and departmental goals.

• Self-driven with the ability to adjust priorities throughout the workday.

• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
