📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain engaging learning initiatives and training resources, which encompass virtual, instructor-led, and eLearning formats.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to pinpoint skill deficiencies and devise effective learning solutions.

• Perform training needs assessments.

• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.

• Create online learning materials utilizing course authoring tools and learning technologies.

• Oversee multiple learning projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Continuously enhance training materials to bolster employee performance and align with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design.

• Experience in developing and presenting training materials and educational programs.

• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
