Curricular Reform Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation of technical and financial proposals.

• Facilitate the execution of project activities by preparing Terms of Reference, coordinating with consultants, providing quality assurance support, and managing logistical arrangements.

• Create pedagogical tools and technical resources to aid in curriculum reform initiatives.

• Develop communication materials pertinent to the Haiti curriculum reform, which includes drafting diverse content (articles, blog posts, briefs, etc.) to document project advancements, showcase key initiatives, and enhance stakeholder engagement.

• Monitor and report on the execution and outcomes of the project.

• Gather and analyze data, lessons learned, and best practices.

• Maintain project documentation and resources for knowledge management.

• Assist the Director in the organizational and institutional development processes of the IBE.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree or equivalent in Education, Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Economics, or a related field;

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in the education sector;

• Proven experience in project design and execution;

• Proficient in written and spoken French and/or English.
