📋 Description

• Provide strategic technology leadership for key accounts.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for Lambda's strategic Superintelligence accounts.

• Develop and maintain executive-level technical relationships, positioning Lambda as a trusted technology partner and strategic advisor.

• Create multi-year technology roadmaps that align with customer business goals and Lambda's product offerings.

• Influence customer technology strategies and their adoption at the executive level.

• Represent Lambda at executive briefings, board meetings, and strategic planning discussions.

• Collaborate with Global Account teams to promote strategic account growth and expansion.

• Lead architectural evaluations and technology assessments at the enterprise scale.

• Define and communicate business value propositions, ROI models, and TCO analyses for executive stakeholders.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Professional Services, and Product Management.

• Manage technical escalations and act as the Executive Technical Sponsor for significant customer initiatives.

• Promote the adoption of Lambda's strategic initiatives within key accounts.

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor on AI/ML transformation and cloud strategies.

• Guide customers through their digital transformation journeys and the adoption of emerging technologies.

• Publish thought leadership materials, speak at industry conferences, and represent Lambda in executive forums.

• Shape Lambda's product strategy based on the strategic needs of customers and market trends.

• Mentor and cultivate technical talent throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 15 years of experience in designing, deploying, and scaling cloud infrastructure.

• Have 6 or more years of experience working directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams in advisory or consultative roles.

• Have a minimum of 5 years driving cloud transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.

• Demonstrate a proven track record of influencing C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders.

• Exhibit deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and their business applications.

• Have experience with NVIDIA DGX/HGX/MGX systems, InfiniBand & RoCE networking, and large-scale GPU cluster deployments.

• Familiarity with storage architectures, including distributed file systems, object storage, high-performance parallel file systems, and NVMe-based solutions.

• Hands-on experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, and inference at scale.

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.

• Proven experience managing or influencing deals valued at over $1B annually.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes.

• Experience navigating complex organizational dynamics and fostering consensus.

• A history of building strategic partnerships and alliances.

• Exceptional skills in executive communication, presentation, and storytelling.

• Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or industry recognition.
