This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manages a significant volume of incoming phone calls and chats; addresses and resolves customer concerns promptly.
• Provides consumers with the highest standard of customer service; consistently maintains professionalism and courtesy.
• Attends to client requirements by creating binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related documentation.
• Organizes workflows for efficient documentation management.
• Acts as a mentor for new employees or other team members, which may involve offering guidance and training.
• Executes additional responsibilities as assigned.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a call center setting is required; additional office or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required; post-secondary education is an advantage.
• Exhibits a positive demeanor, professionalism, and a high degree of integrity.
• Possesses strong telephone etiquette with the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Capable of reading, understanding, and accurately interpreting information.
• Proficient in computer skills and data entry, including experience with web-based systems and software applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Self-driven with a robust work ethic, effective time management skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Able to efficiently multitask in a dual-screen environment while maintaining focus on detail and adhering to instructions.
• Knowledge of call center metrics, including call handling and quality standards.
• Adaptable and willing to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Maintains a professional image and consistently represents the company positively.
