Cross Functional Corporate Travel Consultant, Full-Time/Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Delivering outstanding travel services for domestic, cross-border, and extensive international itineraries, including specialized services for VIP clients.

• Making reservations for domestic and international travel, including air, hotel, and ground transportation, with follow-up as needed to finalize bookings.

• Advising clients on optimal travel routes, the lowest available airfares, and an array of travel products and services.

• Ensuring the highest level of customer service through the effective use of computer systems and positive telephone communication.

• Anticipating client requirements and responding to special requests proactively.

• Maintaining an understanding of and adherence to client procedures, programs, and policy guidelines.

• Consistent implementation of Fox World Travel best practices.

• Aiming to meet and exceed quality and productivity objectives.

• Ability to thrive under pressure while effectively multitasking and maintaining a professional rapport with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant Business Travel experience or a suitable combination of education and experience is preferred.

• Exceptional skills in customer service.

• Availability to work West Coast hours (typically until 7:30 PM CT), including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

• Proficiency in GDS systems is required, with Travelport+/Smartpoint being preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• A friendly and professional demeanor.

• Proficient in using a personal computer and various software applications.
