Cross Border Operations Specialist – After Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate international shipments between the U.S. and Mexico, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to regulations.

• Collaborate closely with carriers, shippers, and customs brokers to ensure seamless transit.

• Identify, negotiate, and secure shipping capacity with carriers to fulfill customer requirements.

• Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and internal teams.

• Address any issues related to customs, documentation, or delays in freight.

• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).

• Prior operations experience in cross-border freight between Mexico and the U.S. (mandatory).

• Demonstrated experience in carrier sales, encompassing capacity sourcing and rate negotiations.

• Strong knowledge of U.S.-Mexico customs procedures and logistics regulations.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing various priorities.

• Proficient in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is highly preferred.
