
CRO Specialist, Shopify AB Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Plan, implement, and assess A/B tests and multivariate experiments across Shopify stores, which includes landing pages, product pages, collections, checkout processes, and other vital customer interactions.
• Take ownership of the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap by identifying conversion opportunities and prioritizing experiments based on their potential business impact.
• Formulate data-driven hypotheses and testing methodologies aimed at enhancing conversion rates, revenue, customer engagement, and retention.
• Utilize extensive Shopify expertise to optimize store performance, user experience, and conversion pathways.
• Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and marketers to create, implement, and assess test variations.
• Evaluate customer behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and various analytics and behavioral tracking platforms.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer actionable recommendations based on the results of tests.
• Produce clear and comprehensive reports detailing experiment performance, insights, learnings, and their business implications.
• Continuously enhance customer journeys through persistent experimentation, analysis, and optimization.
• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and digital experimentation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus stores is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, analyzing, and scaling successful A/B testing initiatives within e-commerce settings.
• Strong knowledge of CRO frameworks, UX principles, customer psychology, and e-commerce conversion funnels.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and behavioral analysis solutions.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret data and transform insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers and developers to execute testing variations.
• Outstanding attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Availability during CET business hours.
• Proficient written and spoken English skills.
