CRO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate funnel performance and pinpoint conversion obstacles.

• Enhance conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and overall profitability of the funnel.

• Optimize offers, bundles, pricing strategies, and upsell methodologies.

• Develop and refine post-purchase and upsell processes.

• Analyze data from funnels and campaigns to determine effective elements and areas that hinder performance.

• Conduct tests, implement enhancements, and track outcomes.

• Utilize sound judgment to identify reasons for underperforming metrics.

• Collaborate closely with the current funnel team and take charge of the optimization strategy.

• Actively suggest ideas to enhance both performance and processes.

• Potential to advance into a leadership role managing the funnel team over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), preferably in the e-commerce sector.

• Practical experience with funnel builders such as Funnelish, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms.

• Strong knowledge in:

• Conversion rate optimization.

• Average order value (AOV) optimization.

• Offer and pricing strategies.

• Upsell techniques and post-purchase flows.

• Good instincts for copywriting or practical copywriting skills for optimizing funnels.

• Experience in the health, beauty, or related direct-response e-commerce fields is a significant advantage.

• Ability to take initiative and work with a high degree of autonomy.

• Willingness to have some overlap with UK working hours.
