This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
β’ Take charge of conversion rate optimization for 1β2 e-commerce brands.
β’ Strategically plan, prioritize, and conduct split tests on essential pages and funnels.
β’ Foster ongoing enhancements in conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and overall profitability.
β’ Examine user behavior, funnel metrics, and testing outcomes to pinpoint opportunities.
β’ Develop clear testing hypotheses and maintain an organized testing roadmap.
β’ Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and web designers to implement tests.
β’ Track experiment performance and translate insights into actionable next steps.
β’ Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrated experience in executing A/B or split tests within the e-commerce sector.
β’ In-depth understanding of conversion rate optimization metrics, AOV, and factors driving profitability.
β’ Proficient in working with data, analytics, and experimental results.
β’ Experience in collaborating with design and development teams.
β’ Capability to take ownership and make decisions informed by performance metrics.
β’ Excellent communication abilities and logical thinking skills.
