CRO, Monetization Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development cycle and optimization of marketing funnels: from idea generation to launch, testing, result analysis, and scaling;

• Formulate hypotheses and enhance the Value Proposition of funnels based on a deep understanding of the target audience's needs and business objectives;

• Prioritize and implement initiatives that influence the growth of key metrics; identify effective Growth Hacks and achieve the desired ROI;

• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research to uncover new opportunities and strengthen marketing strategies;

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to execute initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or related role;

• Strong analytical skills: working with metrics, analytical tools, ability to formulate hypotheses and validate them through experiments;

• Experience in conducting A/B testing, user research, and competitive landscape analysis;

• Ability to effectively collaborate with product and engineering teams, influencing decision-making processes;

• English proficiency at B2+ level.
