CRO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate web pages and funnels to pinpoint possible enhancement opportunities.

• Assist in the development and optimization of landing pages alongside the team.

• Aid in the design and execution of A/B tests, overseeing the process from hypothesis formulation to analysis.

• Utilize web analytics tools (such as Tableau or similar) to gain insights into user behavior.

• Help generate data-informed hypotheses aimed at boosting conversion rates.

• Engage in competitor and user research to gain a deeper understanding of audience needs.

• Collaborate with user acquisition, product, and development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in CRO, product, digital marketing, design, or a related discipline.

• Fundamental understanding of CRO principles and UX/UI basics.

• Comfortable with data and motivated to enhance your analytical capabilities.

• Practical experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar).

• Keen interest in A/B testing and experimentation, with a desire to deepen your expertise in this area.

• Proactive, inquisitive, and open to learning.

• Ability to efficiently manage tasks and prioritize within a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher (both written and spoken).
