This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Collaborate with a company dedicated to providing strategic, impactful CRM solutions utilizing the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Assist clients in optimizing the entire customer lifecycle across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
• Oversee large-scale HubSpot initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients.
• Deliver CRM solutions that foster measurable business impact.
• Cultivate robust relationships with clients to guarantee an exceptional experience and achieve strategic business objectives.
• Convert client and internal strategies into comprehensive HubSpot solutions that support marketing, sales, customer success, and operational workflows.
• Configure and enhance HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Data Hub, and HubSpot AI.
• Evaluate current business processes and propose operational enhancements.
• Create HubSpot reporting frameworks to monitor and convey progress toward client goals.
• Comprehend client tech stacks and facilitate integrations with HubSpot.
• Educate clients and internal teams on how to effectively navigate customized HubSpot environments.
• Oversee and manage project budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Monitor and achieve effective billing rate (EBR) targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to craft tailored strategies for prospective clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing solutions within the HubSpot platform.
• In-depth expertise across the HubSpot ecosystem and HubSpot software suite.
• Strong understanding of technologies typically integrated into HubSpot environments.
• Highly client-facing with outstanding relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to sustain high client satisfaction while achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort in navigating complex client challenges.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Passionate about client success and committed to delivering exceptional results.
• Required HubSpot certifications, including: HubSpot Trainer Certification, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, HubSpot Service Hub Certification, HubSpot Revenue Operations Certification.
• Nice to Have: Experience in leading enterprise or large-scale CRM transformation projects.
• Experience supporting cross-functional RevOps, marketing automation, or customer success initiatives.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and strategically expand client engagements.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle optimization and CRM reporting strategies.
