CRM Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage client communications, onboarding sessions, and discussions.

• Grasp client needs and deliver practical solutions.

• Effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

• Utilize CRM platforms like HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, or comparable tools.

• Assist with CRM setup, integrations, and enhancements in workflows.

• Identify and resolve issues independently.

• Investigate AI tools to boost efficiency and automate processes.

• Recognize opportunities for implementing AI-driven solutions.

• Keep abreast of the latest AI technologies.

• Research tools, challenges, and solutions autonomously.

• Take responsibility for tasks and ensure they are completed on time.

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, automation, or technical workflows.

• Prior experience in client onboarding, CRM implementation, customer success, or technical support.
