This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop and oversee the company’s essential prospect and contact database, ensuring it facilitates scalable outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Identify and extract extensive prospect lists aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) established by Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Leverage both internal and external resources (such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to enhance thousands of records with firmographic, technographic, lead scoring, and contact information.
• Clean and refine large datasets to eliminate duplicates and inaccuracies, categorizing lists by industry, spending potential, and engagement levels.
• Create processes to re-score, reset, and redistribute prospects, defining operational rules and workflows to ensure the most promising leads are directed to the appropriate sales teams.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Lead Generation, preferably within a B2B SaaS or Digital Advertising context.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/Index Match, and Data Cleaning) is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with primary enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Demandbase) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a key liaison between Sales Leadership and Marketing Operations, converting high-level growth strategies into actionable data workflows while managing competing priorities effectively.
