This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assume strategic and operational accountability for our CRM and sales processes.
• Create a scalable framework for the customer journey and high-ticket sales processes.
• Establish high-performing, data-driven CRM and sales operations structures.
• Strategically enhance our CRM and sales operations framework.
• Evaluate, improve, and automate current processes throughout the entire customer journey.
• Develop and fine-tune effective CRM workflows and automations.
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rate, pipeline velocity, lead quality, and customer value.
• Collaborate with the founders, marketing, sales, and funnel teams.
• Discover new efficiency and growth opportunities within our sales processes.
• Assemble and manage a small operations/CRM team.
• Report directly to executive management.
• At least 3+ years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience in building, optimizing, or scaling CRM and sales processes.
• Profound understanding of customer journeys—from lead generation to conversion.
• Familiarity with automations, process design, and CRM systems.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive approach—you can design systems and implement them as needed.
• Strong analytical abilities and expertise with dashboards and KPI systems.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Zapier, or comparable platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and excellent communication skills.
• Business-fluent in German and proficient in English.
