This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee and manage our CRM system effectively.
β’ Provide support and guidance to prospective students and leads through phone, video, and email communications.
β’ Organize appointments, courses, and student interactions.
β’ Assist in the sales process while offering insights on appropriate educational programs.
β’ Independently perform outreach activities on LinkedIn and various other platforms.
β’ Facilitate communication and coordination with partners, companies, and educational institutions.
β’ Proficiency in the German language at a minimum C1 level.
β’ Background in administration, sales, consulting, or coordination.
β’ Skilled in using CRM systems.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to work in a structured, independent manner and demonstrate initiative.
β’ Passion for education, data, and digital processes.
β’ Flexible working hours with the option to work remotely.
β’ Engaging, hands-on tasks within the data domain.
