CRM Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the CRM product strategy and roadmap.

• Collect requirements from business stakeholders and convert them into precise product specifications.

• Oversee the development and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics functionalities and integrations.

• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

• Assess user behavior and product performance to foster continuous improvement.

• Ensure that CRM processes and data adhere to regulatory and operational standards.

• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–12 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4–6 years in Product Management roles.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.

• Demonstrated success in owning product roadmaps and delivering effective digital products.

• Experience collaborating with agile delivery teams.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to make data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related disciplines).
