CRM Programmer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality Apex code, including classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, and scheduled Apex.

• Create Lightning Web Components (LWC), building custom UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the LWC framework.

• Execute wire services, imperative Apex calls, event handling, and utilize Lightning Message Service.

• Design and construct Flows, including record-triggered, screen, scheduled, and autolaunched flows.

• Implement integrations such as REST/SOAP API callouts, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and named credentials.

• Develop Agentforce solutions by creating custom Apex actions for agents, configuring Prompt Builder templates, writing Agent Scripts for deterministic control, and applying Trust Layer guardrails as per solution designs.

• Work collaboratively with Test Automation Engineers throughout the sprint, not just during handoff.

• Address production issues by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving defects in the production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of practical Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and/or platform configuration.

• Proficient in writing Apex code, including classes, triggers, unit tests, and SOQL/SOSL queries.

• Strong understanding of governor limits and bulkification patterns.

• Experience in building Lightning Web Components or similar modern JavaScript-based UI components.

• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative automation, including Flows, validation rules, and platform configuration.

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD methodologies for Salesforce deployments.

• Proven experience in Agile Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Preferred experience with Salesforce integrations, such as REST APIs and Platform Events.

• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, SOX) is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or an equivalent combination of related work experience.
