CRM Product Owner III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversees high-complexity products throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Evaluates customer preferences and requests to define product features.

• Assesses and prioritizes the backlog for sprint planning.

• Reviews the quality and performance of user stories.

• Analyzes the potential impact of proposed solutions across the organization.

• Guides the product functional design process.

• Owns, develops, and executes the product roadmap.

• Collaborates with business owners, the product scrum team, and stakeholders.

• Supports the scrum and product development teams in achieving sprint objectives.

• Engages in design sessions to gather insights into customer needs.

• Establishes standard program management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to lead, motivate, and direct a workgroup.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, business processes, system development, and process enhancements.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
