CRM & Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the CRM Manager with daily operational activities

• Gradually assume responsibility for ongoing CRM tasks

• Maintain structured, accurate, and current CRM data

• Analyze and manage smaller CRM system requests independently

• Test, document, and continuously enhance processes and workflows

• Analyze and organize new topics, data, and information

• Identify discrepancies and proactively suggest improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with various teams across Laserhub

• Conduct research and smaller analyses to support CRM and process enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, or pursuing an internship as part of your studies

• Prior experience with CRM or HubSpot is not mandatory

• Ability to quickly grasp new tools, processes, and complex topics

• Structured, logical, and solution-focused mindset

• Enjoys analyzing relationships and discovering practical solutions

• Careful and dependable when managing data and detailed information

• Proactive and capable of contributing ideas

• Comfortable working independently while knowing when to seek assistance

• Proficient in professional English communication
