This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The individual will be tasked with managing and executing CRM communications for Stone's products, directly involved in creating, sending, monitoring, and tracking customer journeys across various channels.
• Implement CRM campaigns and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Construct and assess segmentations and target audiences;
• Set up communications in different channels (email, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, HSM, in-app, etc.);
• Manage the calendar and prioritize incoming requests;
• Validate communications, conduct tests, and perform operational quality assurance;
• Oversee operational metrics and evaluate results;
• Assist in structuring processes, documentation, and ongoing operational improvements;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and deadlines;
• Aid in organizing experiments and A/B testing.
• Proven experience in CRM and campaign operations;
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple requests at once;
• Strong communication skills and capability to collaborate with diverse teams;
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
