• Set up, organize, and manage a CRM system based on Agent CRM / GoHighLevel.
• Facilitate the enhancement of client communication and appointment scheduling.
• Assist in establishing fundamental email and SMS automations.
• Support outreach campaigns directed at existing clients.
• Aid in scheduling appointments and follow-ups using CRM workflows.
• Continuously maintain and update CRM records.
• Help with basic email marketing campaigns.

• 1–2+ years of experience in a VA, Marketing VA, or CRM support capacity.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Capability to adhere to SOPs and follow video instructions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Dependable and proactive in approach.
• Preferred: Experience with GoHighLevel / Agent CRM.
• Experience in Email/SMS marketing.
