This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and enhance the use of the CRM system across various teams to boost adoption and efficiency.
• Examine CRM data to produce actionable insights that foster business growth and facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
• Create and refine workflows and automation within the CRM to optimize operations.
• Establish internal reporting capabilities, minimizing dependence on external tools.
• Recognize and execute process improvements to elevate CRM performance and user experience.
• Provide support and guidance to 30–40+ users, serving as the primary contact for CRM-related inquiries.
• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Proficient in Russian at a B2 level or higher.
• Several years of experience in a practical CRM role (e.g., CRM Manager, CRM Specialist, CRM Analyst).
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and the setup of workflows/automation.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance processes and optimize system usage.
