CRM Field Inventory Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Implement inventory strategies and initiatives for the US Aortic field to meet service, inventory, scrap, obsolescence, gains and losses, and freight objectives.

• Act as the main district contact for inventory-related tasks among field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.

• Proactively address inventory issues and enhance product accessibility.

• Oversee inventory redeployment, provide support for emergent cases, fulfill field orders, mitigate short-dated inventory, reduce stagnant inventory, conduct cycle counts, and improve inventory accuracy.

• Mobilize inventory during supply shortages to reduce disruption and ensure business continuity.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Field Inventory teams.

• Oversee inventory health and performance across customer consignment accounts.

• Conduct, reconcile, and resolve cycle counts.

• Manage expired and short-dated products, returns, and replacement inventory.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, and enact corrective measures.

• Provide guidance to customers on inventory management, product handling, ordering, returns, and replenishment.

• Assist in finalizing Consignment Agreements and Inventory Schedules.

• Offer on-call support during key business events.

• Engage with customers and field teams through regular travel.

• Comply with FDA regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training requirements, and quality standards.

• Lead process enhancement initiatives and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no prior experience.

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Willingness to support overnight or long-distance travel as necessary (25–50%).

• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available below the Principal level.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, the degree must fulfill the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

• Strong problem-solving skills in complex environments.

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer-focused execution skills.

• Expertise in supply chain and inventory management.

• Ability to work independently in a field-based position.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in technology and data analysis.

• Ability to navigate regulated environments and ensure adherence to FDA regulations, SOPs, training requirements, and quality standards.
