CRM Developer, MS Dynamics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Manage and set up InPost's CRM systems, encompassing pipelines, custom objects, user roles, and permissions.

• Create and sustain automations and integrations utilizing Zapier, Make.com, and Google Cloud Platform as necessary.

• Link CRM with internal systems, marketing tools, and operational platforms.

• Convert APM deployment workflows into organized CRM logic.

• Ensure data quality across markets through audits, deduplication, field validation, and lifecycle management.

• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline activity, deployment progress, and operational KPIs.

• Collect requirements from teams across markets and translate them into scalable CRM configurations and process designs.

• Keep documentation, playbooks, and training resources up to date.

• Assist with onboarding and address daily CRM inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration or operations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics 365).

• Over 2 years of experience in developing workflow automations using Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of data hygiene, deduplication, and integration concepts (APIs, webhooks).

• Proficient in both Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Preferred qualifications: SQL, Power BI, GCP experience, or a background in logistics/e-commerce and multi-market operations.
