CRM Data & Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze CRM activity data from email, push, and SMS campaigns, identifying patterns, insights, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Create, execute, and assess A/B tests to gauge the effectiveness of various strategies and campaigns, offering actionable insights for improvement.

• Develop and sustain Power BI dashboards that deliver clear and insightful visual representations of essential CRM metrics and campaign performance.

• Perform in-depth analytics to provide insights that guide CRM strategies, enhance understanding of customer behaviors, and boost overall customer engagement.

• Collaborate closely with CRM, product, data, and tech teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with broader business objectives.

• Proficient in SQL and Python

• Experience with the data visualization tool Power BI

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
