CRM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver implementation services for Slate CRM and provide general consulting, including training, functional consulting, troubleshooting, and technical support to a varied community of higher education clients.

• Evaluate existing business practices and offer recommendations to utilize various technology tools to enhance processes related to admissions, retention, and advancement.

• Capacity to adapt to diverse challenges and varying levels of user expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Higher Education sector.

• At least 5 years of experience working with Slate CRM, showcasing advanced user proficiency.

• Capability to manage security roles, create workflows, write rules, and develop reports and dashboards using CRM tools.

• Extensive experience with Slate Datasets and Entities for reporting, data management, process automation, and system optimization.

• Proficient in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating CRM software.

• Experience in creating HTML content.

• Ability to analyze business processes, procedures, and functions, providing recommendations for enhancements.

• Familiarity with data collection, workflow design, and audit requirements to assess the suitability of the CRM software.

• Experience in building and managing integrations with various third-party admissions applications (Common App, Royall/EAB, Liaison/UNICAS).

• Experience in designing and managing integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning/Student Information Systems.

• Background in a consulting role, concentrating on improving business processes and fostering efficiency.

• Ability to troubleshoot both technical and functional issues within Slate.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a proven customer service approach.

• Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time.
