This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Develop and oversee lifecycle campaigns within Microsoft Dynamics to enhance the efforts of the outside sales team working with Realtors, brokerages, and real estate partners.
• Construct segmented campaigns based on factors such as audience type, geographical location, engagement level, sales stage, brokerage affiliation, renewal timing, referral behavior, and other pertinent criteria.
• Design automated nurture journeys that facilitate lead generation, sales follow-up, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Convert sales priorities into CRM campaigns that assist sales representatives in maintaining connections with prospects and customers at optimal times.
• Collaborate with outside sales leadership and representatives to comprehend field requirements, customer challenges, and market opportunities.
• Aid sales outreach through CRM-driven email campaigns, triggered communications, follow-up sequences, event invitations, educational content, and relationship-building interactions.
• Ensure that campaigns are structured to reinforce the sales process and simplify the prioritization and actioning of opportunities for sales representatives.
• Work together with Sales Operations to enhance CRM data quality, campaign targeting, and lead handoff procedures.
• Track campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, lead activity, sales follow-up, pipeline influence, and engagement trends.
• Leverage campaign data to uncover opportunities for testing, personalization, segmentation, and journey enhancement.
• Execute A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, timing, audience segments, calls to action, and campaign workflows.
• Generate regular reports and insights for sales and marketing leadership.
• Manage campaign lists, workflows, customer journeys, email templates, landing pages, forms, and campaign logic within the CRM platform.
• Ensure CRM campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, compliance, data privacy, and communication standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams or CRM administrators to resolve platform issues, enhance automation capabilities, and support integrations.
• Suggest improvements based on performance metrics, sales feedback, and customer behavior.
• Over 5 years of experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, sales enablement, or campaign management.
• Proficiency in building and managing campaigns within Microsoft Dynamics, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Strong grasp of email marketing, audience segmentation, automated customer journeys, and campaign performance analysis.
• Prior experience supporting a sales organization, ideally in outside sales, field sales, channel sales, or B2B sales teams.
• Capability to translate sales objectives into impactful CRM campaigns and actionable marketing strategies.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and suggest enhancements.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the capacity to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams.
