This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage technical initiatives from their inception through to completion.
• Supervise and coordinate complex technical projects effectively.
• Propel business outcomes by managing requirements, analyzing processes, and engaging stakeholders.
• Collaborate with both business and technology teams to uncover opportunities, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Ensure that solutions align with operational needs and strategic goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Comprehend and document technical requirements to steer development efforts.
• Work alongside engineering teams to confirm that technical requirements are fulfilled.
• Foster discussions between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay informed about modern APIs, engineering practices, and emerging technologies like AI/ML.
• Identify potential risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.
• Proactively resolve issues that may affect project delivery.
• Promote open and transparent communication within project teams.
• Translate technical concepts for stakeholders effectively.
• Present updates and reports on projects to executive leadership.
• Inspire and lead project teams towards achieving their goals.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members.
• Encourage innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, managing substantial technical initiatives.
• Strong technical foundation with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary APIs and engineering practices.
• Excellent project management capabilities, including budget oversight and risk management.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on detail.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residency, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
