This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Develop and oversee automated communication workflows through various channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and more;
• Draft briefs for CRM communications, considering channel performance, the brand calendar, and specified deadlines;
• Prioritize channel performance and departmental objectives, ensuring efficient delivery and ongoing enhancement of CRM metrics;
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, adjusting strategies based on the calendar and organizational needs;
• Execute A/B testing to improve customer conversion rates;
• Transform data into actionable insights, consistently prioritizing the customer experience;
• Remain informed on CRM best practices and digital marketing trends, as well as guidelines from leading email providers;
• Strategize and implement segmentations for CRM communications and daily dispatches;
• Collaborate with teams to guarantee alignment of CRM campaigns with brand objectives;
• Generate regular reports on CRM performance and customer insights for the management team;
• Identify new segmentation possibilities and suggest enhancements utilizing dashboards and business tools.
• Demonstrated CRM experience (over 2 years) and proficiency with relevant tools, such as Dito, Salesforce, HubSpot, CRM Bônus, Omnichat, etc.;
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or related disciplines;
• Analytical, organized, and results-driven profile, with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a cooperative team player attitude;
• Strong communication abilities;
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change;
• Previous CRM experience in the Fashion, Retail, and Luxury sectors, along with familiarity with Dito CRM and Dito Agenda tools, will be advantageous.
