CRM & AI Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage client communications, onboarding sessions, and discussions with assurance.

• Grasp client needs and deliver effective solutions.

• Ensure clear communication with both clients and internal teams.

• Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, or comparable tools.

• Assist in CRM setup, integrations, and enhancements of workflows.

• Diagnose issues and independently propose solutions.

• Investigate AI tools to boost efficiency and automate workflows.

• Recognize opportunities for implementing AI-driven solutions.

• Keep abreast of new AI technologies.

• Conduct independent research on tools, challenges, and solutions.

• Take initiative in tasks and ensure they are completed on time.

• Familiarity with Apollo, Aircall, Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRM systems.

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, automation, or technical workflows.

• Prior experience in client onboarding, CRM implementation, customer success, or technical support.
