This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Autonomous management of various client accounts utilizing CRM and email marketing.
β’ Creating, executing, and refining flows and campaigns within Klaviyo.
β’ Evaluating performance metrics and generating specific, actionable improvements.
β’ Making strategic choices and communicating them to both clients and myself.
β’ Collaborating closely with me on an equal basis β strategy and implementation go hand in hand.
β’ Several years of proven experience with Klaviyo in an e-commerce setting.
β’ Experience that extends beyond standard welcome and abandoned flows β familiarity with more intricate scenarios is essential.
β’ Profound understanding of the interplay between segmentation, timing, offers, and design.
β’ Organized and independent work style with minimal need for reassurance.
β’ Capability to support decisions with sound reasoning and to advocate for them.
