This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan for the territory, emphasizing new account acquisition and competitive conversions within the critical care sector.
• Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline focused on patient monitoring and life support solutions.
• Perform product demonstrations, evaluations, and presentations that are customized to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate on a daily basis with the Enterprise Sales Team—comprising Corporate Accounts, Clinical, Marketing, and Service—to ensure effective execution and alignment.
• Organize and oversee installation, in-service, and post-sale activities to facilitate smooth customer integration.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders by addressing their concerns and offering continuous clinical and technical support.
• Engage in cross-divisional strategy meetings with other Mindray business units to pinpoint synergistic opportunities.
• Act as a field trainer as necessary, aiding in the onboarding and skill enhancement of new sales personnel.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals for the territory through disciplined pipeline management and consistent follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in capital or medical equipment sales.
• Excellent cold-calling, prospecting, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to communicate effectively with both clinical and administrative stakeholders within hospital settings.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze competitive dynamics and create customized solutions.
• High energy, professional demeanor, along with strong organizational and territory-planning skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%, including overnight stays, and work in hospital environments as required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs of equipment and transport demonstration units as needed.
