📋 Description

• Offer immediate guidance to remote volunteer Crisis Counselors

• Execute active rescues when the safety of a texter is at risk

• Supervise conversations to ensure compliance with training standards and quality support

• Aid in delivering coping strategies and implementing safety protocols

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of crisis intervention experience, excluding volunteer work

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

• Capability to work flexible shifts as required, up to 12 hours per week

• Familiarity with G-suite and adeptness in online platform navigation
