This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Accountable for leveraging Pyramid Healthcare’s continuum of care by establishing and sustaining direct referral connections within specified market(s).
• Engage in client relations, marketing, and customer service initiatives within the marketing department while fostering positive community and public relations.
• Preserve current referral sources, broaden the referral network, and cultivate business relationships within the designated area.
• Contribute to the overall company marketing strategy.
• Compile reports as necessary.
• Aid in establishing financial objectives for the designated region.
• Required to collaborate with programs to comprehend client, program, and referral source requirements.
• Complete mandatory training sessions and required training hours.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent, along with one year of relevant experience is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Drug & Alcohol and/or Mental Health fields is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Counselor, Assessor, or in Community Relations within direct client care is preferred.
