• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding documentation, pending items, updates, and other requirements related to the credit repair process.
• Provide support for credit repair workflows, which includes tasks related to disputes, organizing documentation, and maintaining client communication in accordance with the client's procedures.
• Relevant experience or training in credit repair support, credit restoration processes, or similar client service roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to verify information prior to updating or submitting work.
• Comfortable adhering to established procedures and managing repetitive tasks within a workflow.
• Strong written communication abilities for professional follow-up with clients.
• Capacity to handle client information with care and uphold confidentiality.
• Preferred: Background in supporting credit repair onboarding, document collection, dispute processes, or client follow-up.
• Knowledge of credit repair compliance standards and effective client communication methods.
• Experience using a credit repair CRM, client portal, or similar client management software.
