• Examine client files or profiles to verify their status, pinpoint any missing documents, and ensure that client information remains current.

• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding documentation, pending items, updates, and other requirements related to the credit repair process.

• Provide support for credit repair workflows, which includes tasks related to disputes, organizing documentation, and maintaining client communication in accordance with the client's procedures.
