Credit Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee cash collections associated with the debtors ledger.

• Ensure prompt reconciliation of accounts and resolution of inquiries.

• Utilize technology and processes to enhance collection efficiency and accuracy.

• Provide regular updates to the Credit Manager regarding collection progress and account statuses.

• Conduct daily cash receipting, cash allocations, and bank reconciliations.

• Investigate and resolve account-related issues, especially for 60- and 90-day debts.

• Elevate issues to account managers and general managers when necessary.

• Manage queries within established service level targets.

• Document collection activities in financial systems.

• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting as well as aged receivables analysis.

• Address business requests and offer organizational support.

• Generate ad hoc reports as needed.

• Develop and continually enhance processes and systems.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Tackle complex issues related to business development, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in collections, particularly in high-volume settings.

• Expertise in accounts receivable reconciliations.

• A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a comprehensive understanding of commercial operations.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.

• Previous experience in the staffing industry is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with Bullhorn, Fasttrack, Business Central, or similar systems is highly advantageous.

• Experience with third-party payment systems such as Fieldglass and Ariba is highly desirable.
