Creator Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand influencer portfolios, assisting creators in enhancing their platform visibility and securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, with an emphasis on both emerging and established influencers.

• Establish and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to facilitate talent bookings for campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate strategies and grow Grail’s talent roster.

• Operate independently and remotely in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and pursue your objectives effectively.

• Willingness to put in the effort needed to accomplish tasks.

• Preferred: experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies.
