This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist creators throughout their journey from onboarding to initial upload, first payout, and full activation on the platform.
• Develop and enhance onboarding processes, educational resources, FAQs, and live support interactions.
• Take ownership of creator retention metrics (D30 / D90 / D180) and actively manage the health of the creator lifecycle.
• Identify creators who are at risk or inactive and implement structured reactivation and win-back initiatives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for creators, particularly premium and high-potential partners.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, check-ins, and organized growth reviews with creators.
• Plan and implement co-marketing strategies with creators across the US and EU markets.
• Establish and expand a Creator Ambassador Program while supporting initiatives driven by creators.
• Create and sustain an active community space for creators to foster engagement and advocacy.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from creators, delivering insights to the Product, Content, and Leadership teams.
• Collaborate across departments including Acquisition, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Content Review to enhance the overall creator experience.
• Relevant experience in the creator economy, content platforms, social media, or digital media ecosystems.
• Background in creator partnerships, community management, customer success, or roles focused on lifecycle and retention.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to work with retention, engagement, and growth metrics.
• Ability to design processes and function effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with creators globally.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level and above).
