
Creator Partnerships & Success Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Engage with warm inbound leads from creators who have expressed interest in a particular offer and agreed to have a discussion.
• Conduct online meetings with creators to gain insight into their objectives, audience, current monetization phase, and requirements.
• Clearly present our platform and offerings, highlighting how we can assist them in monetizing their audience.
• Quickly establish trust and demonstrate confidence, credibility, and professionalism during live interactions.
• Address inquiries and assist creators in making a decision about progressing further.
• Convert qualified warm leads into active creators on our platform.
• Guide creators through the onboarding process, setup, activation, and launch phases.
• Maintain the creator relationship beyond onboarding and foster long-term engagement.
• Consistently follow up with creators.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM and ensure creator documentation is thorough.
• Manage multiple creator discussions and accounts simultaneously in a high-volume setting.
• Support creators in staying active and achieving ongoing monetization success on the platform.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing commercial or success role.
• Experience in selling or supporting online products, digital services, SaaS, platforms, or monetization-related offerings.
• Extensive experience in B2B, creator economy, digital products, online services, or platform environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level or equivalent).
• Clear and easily understandable spoken English, with strong confidence during live calls.
• Ability to lead warm inbound discussions in a persuasive, structured, and commercially confident manner.
• Strong skills in building trust.
• Comfortable with handling objections and steering conversations towards a definitive decision.
• Excellent follow-up discipline.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Experience working with intermediate-level creators or digital entrepreneurs is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Kommo or similar tools is a plus.
