Creator Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Seeking and selecting UGC creators in the international market, primarily the USA;

• Managing the complete communication cycle with creators: from initial contact and onboarding to ongoing collaboration support;

• Briefing creators, reviewing content, providing feedback, and ensuring quality control of results;

• Collaborating with creative, product, and User Acquisition teams to launch and test new content formats;

• Analyzing the effectiveness of partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing processes;

• Participating in the launch of new initiatives, including automation and AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with creators, influencer marketing, or UGC projects;

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level;

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility;

• Initiative, creativity, and a desire to enhance processes;

• Basic skills in working with CRM systems or Excel;

• Interest in the fashion industry, social media, and current digital trends.
