Creator Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage global crypto creators, overseeing their onboarding journey.

• Devise and execute strategies for creator engagement and retention, serving as a bridge between creators and internal teams.

• Manage a portfolio of impactful global crypto creators, monitoring community growth metrics related to engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

• Develop community growth initiatives and implement creator marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and community interaction through collaborations with creators.

• Partner with creators to facilitate AMA sessions, interviews, and community-driven projects.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, news, and developments in the crypto sector, identifying emerging crypto creators and tracking competitor activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross-channel marketing, ideally with a solid grasp of the crypto industry.

• Demonstrated participation or experience in the crypto creator community or a well-connected network within the crypto sector.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders. Knowledge of Spanish, Vietnamese, and Ukrainian is a plus.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and formulate effective strategies.

• A driven, goal-oriented, and self-sufficient individual who can work independently and collaborate with remote global team members.

• Current knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in relevant marketing areas, especially within the crypto space.
