Creator Partnerships Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for Bobbie creators and ambassadors.

• Develop and sustain relationships with creators and address their inquiries.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for creators and manage ambassador program operations.

• Assist in executing creator campaigns and ambassador initiatives.

• Monitor deliverables, timelines, content submissions, and campaign schedules.

• Coordinate product shipments, campaign communications, and logistical needs for creators.

• Aid in the content review and approval processes.

• Observe creator participation and engagement within community initiatives.

• Collect creator feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.

• Maintain databases of creators, tracking documents, and campaign reports.

• Track campaign performance metrics and contribute to post-campaign analyses.

• Identify potential improvements for workflows and overall program efficiency.

• Collaborate with Growth teams to assist in campaign execution.

• Organize and disseminate creator content and assets among teams.

• Stay updated on creator trends, platform changes, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, community management, or a similar field.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• A genuine passion for building relationships and managing communities.

• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and best practices in creator marketing.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines concurrently.
