Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You ensure that collaborations with creators and affiliate partnerships lead to measurable growth.

• You oversee and develop our influencer marketing from both operational and strategic perspectives.

• You identify relevant creators and establish dependable relationships.

• You create briefs and supervise the production of content.

• You link influencer activities with affiliate structures.

• You evaluate the performance of your initiatives and implement data-driven optimizations.

• You collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, Design, and Shop teams.

• You independently manage your budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce setting.

• Experience in affiliate marketing is a must.

• Proficient use of affiliate tools and networks (e.g., AWIN, Goaffpro, or similar).

• Strong intuition for creators, trends, and target demographics.

• Knowledge of how to convert influencer marketing into performance-based models.

• Exceptional communication skills and diplomacy in interactions with creators and partners.

• Solid grasp of relevant KPIs and data-driven optimization techniques.

• Organized, independent working style with strong organizational abilities.

• Ideally, experience in sectors such as health, supplements, food, or beauty.

• Proficient German language skills (minimum C1 level).
